Classic Cocktails are back en vogue, and perhaps no place did the classics like New Orleans. Much like the French 75, the original Sazerac recipe is a bit murky, particularly whether the base is Rye whiskey or Brandy. We use both, healthy splashes of Peychaud and Angostura Bitters, and a rinse of Lucid absinthe in our take. Down the rabbit hole you go!
